At Msika Home all products are photographed by ourselves. We try to match as much as possible the images with the products, however due to computer screen resolutions, colours may vary a little. Please contact us if you need information on the tone of the product. Our handcrafted products may show slight imperfections and irregularities which is part of their uniqueness and charm.
Msika home provides you with product information and specifications for guidance only, though we cannot take any responsibility for any oversights.
Ordering online is open 7 days a week, 24 hrs.
We hope that you will be happy with your order. But on the rare occasion that you may be unhappy, please notify us within 24 hrs of receipt of your order by email or telephone. Items should be returned in their original condition within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or the refund. Be careful to use appropriate packaging to protect your item in transit.
Cost of Returns
For a refund items should be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for higher value items. We would advise that you send by Registered post. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your package. We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.

Lost in Transit
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.
We accept all VISA & Mastercard payments, credit cards, debit cards, but not American Express.
For all orders delivery fees are a flat rate of £6.95 per order for the UK only. We use Royal Mail 1st class and registered post as well as different couriers to ensure you receive your products swiftly and safely.
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your order, unless we are experiencing extremely busy times. Please allow for a few extra days over these periods, and we will notify you if that is the case. If the item you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.
